"Ordered the product and it arrived shattered in the envelope they shipped it to me in. Do not know why anyone would ship a glass bottle in an envelope via standard mail and not utilize a box for more protection and less risk of damage in transit. Was told that a replacement was shipped on the same day. After waiting for my replacement to arrive and nothing came, I sent an email asking for tracking information in fear it may have gotten lost. To my shocking surprise they told me that it had not even shipped yet as they had told me it did last week. So I now sit wait again:(. Not happy at all ….if Inhad it to do nicer I would have asked for a refund and called it a day when the first order arrived crushed. Beyond ridiculous!!"
