Pro Beauty Sales (Secaucus, NJ)
Position:
We are seeking a qualified candidate with great communication skills and experience in the professional beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business in direct sales of professional skin care products
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, including sales and follow-up calls on a weekly basis
- Prospect and develop new business and growing existing accounts in the high-end skin care market
- Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales / communicate all marketing developments
- Enter and update customer information in our database
- Process orders and manage client accounts
- Work closely with the sales manager to set-up marketing calendar on a monthly basis
Must have skills:
- Esthetic License and beauty industry experience a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- High energy level
- Proven sales/customer service experience
- Strong administrative and data/order entry skills
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Office
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Participate in 4 to 6 tradeshows per year.
Inside Sales – Pro Beauty (Secaucus, NJ)
Position:
The ideal candidate is someone with a proven sales record, self-motivation, and a level of interest in the skin care industry.
Responsibilities:
- Consult, recommend and sell skin care product line to qualified spas, skin care centers and resorts
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, including sales and follow-up calls
- Develop new business in direct sales of professional skin care products
- Prospect and develop new business and growing existing accounts in the high-end skin care market
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Enter and update customer information in our database
- Process orders and manage client accounts
Must have skills:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative and/or other sales/customer service role
- Experience in B2B sales, beauty industry a plus

Brand Educator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates on location and in house education for qualifying clients
- Prepares customized extensive educational agenda for on location and in house training
- Creates a list of educational materials for training and trade shows
- Sets up Academy training facility with materials for workshop, classroom set up and agenda for training
- Creates presentations for in-house educational events and on location education
- Conducts full training on product knowledge, sales, marketing, merchandising and treatment techniques for international and domestic clients.
- Conducts customized webinars and virtual training
- Advises and supports sales staff with product and treatment related questions
- Assists in creation of scripts for educational videos
- Prepare educational videos for consumer education.
- Submits extensive reports on all educational events to CEO
- Trains the in-house sales staff on product knowledge and sales
- Tests the new formulas of products and treatments
- Assists in set up of the domestic and international tradeshow floor and product displays
- Performs educational presentations during domestic and international tradeshows
- Performs treatments on clients during domestic and international tradeshows
- Hosts on site special events at client locations domestically and internationally
- Performs treatments and skin analysis on spa/salon clients during special events.
- Analyze competitor brands and industry trends on regular basis
Must have skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in front of a group.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Word
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Organized and well informed of international etiquette
- Available to travel domestically and internationally
- Valid US Passport
Qualifications:
- NJ and NY licensed esthetician, behind the chair experience of 3 years
- Experience in the beauty industry minimum of 5 years
- Bilingual skills a plus
- CIDESCO Diploma / ITEC a plus
Skin Care Sales Specialist (Nationwide)
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to penetrate our targeted market and substantially increase sales activity
- Prospect and open new accounts among top salon and spas in the territory
- Develop long-term business relationships with existing accounts
- Keep client profile records updated on a regular basis to ensure accuracy
- Strong negotiation and selling skills are critical
- Follow up to all inquiries, purchase orders and education requests
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on sales activity
Must have skills:
- Excellent Verbal, Communication and Presentation Skills
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Willing to do overnight travel and have access to reliable transportation for driving to appointments and meetings
- Training and Sales Experience
- Esthetics license and spa sales experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
