However, if you would like to return or exchange a product purchased through www.repechage.com, you may return it to us in accordance with the return policies set forth below. These policies apply only to products purchased from and fulfilled by www.repechage.com.
RETURN POLICY FOR CONSUMERS
If you are a Consumer, you may return or exchange any product within thirty (30) days of your receipt of said product/s.
Please place the returned item/s in a package along with a letter stating that the product is being returned. Please provide the following information:
- Name & last four digits of your Credit Card number
- Whether you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund
- If you would like an exchange, please let us know what you would like to exchange the product for
- A copy of the Invoice, or if you are returning or exchanging a gift, please indicate that it is a gift return

Please be aware that the shipping costs of the returned item are not refundable.
We will process your return upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. We will also send you an email to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
Only products purchased online at www.repechage.com may be returned.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item that you return, you will not receive a cash refund for the amount of the gift certificate. However, the amount of the gift certificate will be returned to your account for use towards future qualifying purchases provided that the gift certificate has not expired. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. However, any unexpired promotional funds used on the order will be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.

RETURN POLICY FOR PROFESSIONALS
If you are a Professional (i.e. Licensed Esthetician, Licendsed Cosmetologist), you may return or exchange unused product within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the order. Only unused product may be returned. Returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Please place the returned item/s in a package along with a letter stating that the product is being returned. Please provide the following information:

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If your item has been damaged in shipment please contact us immediately at 1-800-248-7546 or 201-549-4200. Please have available your order number. Be sure to leave the damaged goods in the original shipping cartons as an inspection by the carrier may be necessary.
