Our courteous staff is available from 9 am to 5:30 pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Thursday and 9 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday to answer your questions and take your orders. At all other times you may place an order or contact us by leaving a voice message on our answering machine. We will return your call as soon as possible.
TO ORDER ONLINE FOR CONSUMERS
You can place your order anytime 24/7 at http://www.repechage.com. All online purchases must be with a credit card. Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discovery are accepted. Please have your card number and expiration date ready. Add-ons to the order are allowed on the same day the original order is placed.
TO ORDER ONLINE FOR PROFESSIONALS
Place your order any time at www.repechage.com by clicking on Pro's Only. You must be a Licensed Professional to access our Professional Shopping Cart. If you are a Licensed Professional, click on the "New Accounts Sign In" and fill out the form so that our Sales Department can confirm your eligibility. Only Licensed Professionals from the Continental United States may apply. All online purchases must be with a credit card. Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discovery are accepted. Please have your card number and expiration date ready. If you are a Licensed Professional you must provide your Tax ID. Otherwise your entire order will be taxable.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling costs are determined by your order total. Some items may bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. Your order will be shipped by standard ground delivery (via the United States Postal Service) unless you have requested 2-day or overnight service. In the United States, on orders shipped standard ground delivery, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days of your order for in-stock items. If you would like 2-day or overnight delivery, please choose this option when you place your order online, or if you are calling in, please let the Customer Service representative know your shipping preference. In the event merchandise must be re-shipped, original and re-shipment charges must be paid for by the customer. We do not ship on weekends.
TAXES
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states, including NY and NJ, and as otherwise required by law. If sales tax applies, it will be added to your order when you check out. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states.
BACKORDERS/SOLD OUT ITEMS
Although we make every effort to ship your order in its entirety, occasionally we will be sold out of certain items. All backordered/sold out items will be automatically shipped as soon as they are in stock. You do not need to reorder.
ERRORS OR PROBLEMS
If you experience any problems placing an order, have not received your order, or wish to check on the status of your order please call us toll free at 1-800-248-7546 or 201-549-4200 and ask for a Customer Service representative.
IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM YOU DID NOT ORDER
If you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt of the order. We will issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise. The correct merchandise will be sent to you immediately.
